October 3.2007 <br /> AGREEMENT—ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE DESIGN <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Natioe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with ccIntellect for economic development websice <br /> design services in the amount of$33,800.00. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Memb r Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—ANNEXATION FISCAL IMPACT ANALYSIS <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Berk and Associates to conduct an annexation fiscal <br /> impact analysis in an amount up to$60,000.00. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—FFY00 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY <br /> GRANT ED7-190 <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to FFY06 <br /> State Homeland Security Grant E0l-180 accepting an additional <br /> ward amount of$15,000.00,incorporating Region One personnel <br /> cap and reallocating the transfer of funds. <br /> Roll was except called with all council members voting yes Council <br /> MemberGipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 328 <br />
