November 14,2007 <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5960 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett In the amount of <br /> $1,136,081.47 for the period of October 27,2007 through November <br /> 2,2007. <br /> RESOLUTION—ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS <br /> To adopt Resolution Ne.5961 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of$4,297,057.75 for the period of October 1,2007 <br /> through October 31,2007. <br /> JOS COMPLETE—2007 PAVEMENT MARKING <br /> To accept the 2007 Pavement Marking project as complete and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion with Stripe <br /> Rite,Inc.which will begin the 60 day retention period prior to the <br /> release of retainage in the amount of$2,636.95. <br /> STREET CLOSURE—FOOD DRIVE <br /> To approve the closure of the 2400 block of Colby Avenue on <br /> November 20,2007,8:30 a.m.to 11 a.m.,to deliver food baskets for <br /> an annual Food Drive sponsored by Everett High School with the <br /> condition that immediate access be provided for emergency vehicles <br /> in the event of an emergency. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 379 <br />
