November 21,2007 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—WATER FILTRATION PLANT OPERATION <br /> AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Brown and Caldwell for the <br /> design and production of the Water Filtration Plant Operation and <br /> Maintenance Manual to extend the agreement to December 31,2008. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Hattoe,sec onded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor tosign a memorandum of <br /> understanding with King County for the use of their blosolids <br /> application equipment for the amount of$3,024.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion tended. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SEWER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT"F" <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.4 to the <br /> professional services agreement with CHB Engineers, LLC for <br /> engineering services for the Sewer System Replacement"F"project <br /> In the amount of 867,127.00 to undertake selected improvements <br /> associated with the Bond Street CSO Facilities. <br /> 388 <br />
