December 19,2007 <br /> Paul Kaftanski,Parks,related that the strategic plan calls for a 35%cost <br /> recovery rate in Parks by the year 2010.In 2007 the cost recovery rate is <br /> approximately 17%.The Parks Board has recommended approval of this <br /> policy as well as the Budget Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Colmnd: <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—UW-NORTH CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment N.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Heartland,LLC related to <br /> campus siting and real estate analysis associated with the potential <br /> UW-North Campus development. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> klember Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> GRANT AMENDED—FFY 2007 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT <br /> PERFORMANCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to the E01- <br /> 344 Contract with the Washington State Military Department to <br /> receive additional funding from the FFY 2007 Emergency <br /> Management Performance Grant(EMPG). <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 430 <br />
