December 10,2007 <br /> AGREEMENT—SHELL IMPROVEMENTS/KEY BANK BUILDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Dykeman Architects,P.S.for shell improvements on <br /> the former Key Bank building In an amount not to exceed <br /> $122,500.00. <br /> Council Member Gipson brought forth concerns regarding bathrooms for <br /> the handicapped as them are no elevators In the building.Carlton Gipson. <br /> Facilities,responded that the first floor will be self sufficient. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hallos who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—DESIGNIEVERETT ANIMAL SHELTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Church Nickerson Jansen <br /> Associates for the design of the Everett Animal Shelter in the amount <br /> of 5133,305.00. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatioe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—EVERETT MUNICIPAL COURT ASSESSMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocsl agreement <br /> with Snohomish County for professional fees and reimbursable <br /> expenses attributable to the Everett Municipal Court assessment <br /> provided by KMD Architects in an amount not to exceed$19,985.00. <br /> 424 <br />
