March 28,2008 <br /> Council President Nielsen questioned the decrease in projected <br /> passenger hips from 2007 to 2008. Richard Tarry explained that the <br /> projection was put into place not knowing when the SWIFT BRT would <br /> impact their ridership. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested information regarding the integration <br /> of tare passes as it relates to the fare structure in this plan.Richard Tarry <br /> stated that we are currently a member of the Regional Fare Integration <br /> agreement which allows us to have a Puget Pass which has symbols for <br /> each of the member transit systems. The pass has a face value fare <br /> which is good on any transit system that is a member of the agreement. <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2008—2013 EVERETT TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> AND 7007 ANNUAL REPORT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to accept the 2008-2013 Everett Transit Development Plan <br /> and 2007 Annual Report. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 92 <br />
