April 2,2008 <br /> AGREEMENTS—PARKS CONCESSIONS <br /> Moved by Council Member ARholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to award Request for Proposal 2008-008 and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign contracts with Dog Day Afternoon and Jumpin'Jacks <br /> Mobile Espresso for parks concessions at Phil Johnson Ballfields <br /> and Ranch Park. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hague and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SILVER LAKE WATER DISTRICT SEWER <br /> SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Aftholter to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> agreement between Snohomish County,the City of Everett and Silver <br /> Lake Water end Sewer District regarding the discharge of pre-treated <br /> leachate. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Settee and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CHANGE ORDER—SEWER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT F SCHEDULE C <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.3 for the <br /> Sewer System Replacement F,Schedule C,project with Strider <br /> Construction in the amount of$102,285.68. <br /> 97 <br />
