April 30.2008 <br /> JOB COMPLETE—SEWER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT"F" <br /> SCHEDULE C <br /> To accept Sewer System Replacement"F",Schedule C,Project as <br /> complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br /> Completion with Strider Construction which will begin the 80 day <br /> retention period prior to the release of retainage in the amount of <br /> $96,387.85. <br /> STREET CLOSURE—FUN IN THE SUN STREET FAIR <br /> To approve the closure of Wetmore Avenue,Pacific to 32"0 Street,for <br /> a Fun in the Sun Street Fair on July 4,2008,9 a.m.to 4 p.m., <br /> sponsored by the First Baptist Church with the conditions that <br /> personnel be on slte and prepared to accommodate emergency <br /> vehicle access in the event of an emergency and that there be no <br /> cooking or heating devices without a permit. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—RIVERFRONT PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Halice to authorize the Mayor to sign the third amendment to the <br /> property disposition agreement as revised between the City of <br /> Everett end OliverMcMillan,LLC,and all necessary documents for <br /> closing including any minor revisions thereto. <br /> Dave Davis,city staff,gave an overview of the history of the Riverfronl <br /> project area. The property hes had many challenges in the past and <br /> tremendous progress has been made towards the vision for its future. <br /> 128 <br />
