September 17,2008 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council President Nielsen brought forth Council Bill No.0808-02,a <br /> proposed ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2008 revised City <br /> of Everett budget which was postponed to this week's council meeting <br /> from last week.He stated that it was postponed out of concern that the <br /> council was doing something that by State statute required five members <br /> to be there.
