December 17,2008 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0812.62 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "California Street Overcrossing,"Fund 303,Program 047.as <br /> established by Ordinance Na.2507-01 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0812-63 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE dosing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "SR 527 Improvement Project,'Fund 396,as established by <br /> Ordinance No.2763-04 <br /> PRESENTATION-PROVIDENCE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER <br /> UPDATE <br /> Council President Nielsen stated that PEMC'a Institutional Master Plan <br /> approved by the City in August requires that the hospital provide an <br /> update to the City Council every two years or when a specific <br /> development is anticipated. The purpose of the hospital's presentation <br /> tonight is to fulfill that requirement. <br /> Allan Gillen,Planning Director,stated that Ordinance No.3090-08 <br /> approved the rezone of the ECC site just north of the Colby Campus of <br /> PEMC.The ordinance also established a master plan for the use of the <br /> ECC site and a review process for the site development. He described <br /> the review process for the development of the site. <br /> Scott Anderson,Vice President of Construction for Providence Regional <br /> Medical Center Everett.gave an update on the status of the new tower <br /> construction.the design of the Utility Building on the Everett Community <br /> College site,and responded to comments regarding the hospital's <br /> neighborhood meeting process. <br /> 430 <br />
