December 31.2008 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOI UTION—CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6100 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,464,926.82 for the period of December 13,2008 through December <br /> 19,2008. <br /> STREET CLOSURE—MARTIN LUTHER KING MARCH <br /> To approve a rolling street closure beginning at the Snohomish <br /> County Plaza,west on Wall to Colby,north on Colby to 25 east on <br /> 25.to Wetmore,south on Wetmore to Hewitt and east on Hewitt to <br /> the Comcast Events Center for a Dr.Martin Luther King,Jr. <br /> Community March on January 13,2009,10:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m., <br /> sponsored by the city of Everett,Snohomish County,United Way and <br /> the YMCA with the condition that personnel be on site and prepared <br /> to accommodate emergency vehicle access in the event of an <br /> emergency. <br /> JOB COMPLETE—COLLEGE STATION <br /> To accept the College Station Project as complete and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the certificate of completion with Pellco Construction, <br /> Inc.allowing the release of retalnage in the amount 018102,613.16. <br /> Roll was rolled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hake who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 443 <br />
