January 21.2009 <br /> Dongho Chang,Traffic Engineer,stated that the neighborhood's proposed <br /> traffic plan is quite different from what the public process has already <br /> approved.He gave a brief overview of the plan.He stated that to change <br /> the traffic plan at this time would create a lot of challenges for the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that the neighborhood's traffic <br /> plan and the results of the hospital and college's work on their commute <br /> trip reduction plans be presented to the Transportation Committee at their <br /> next meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts asked City Attomey Iles what the process is to <br /> make modifications if they are deemed to be desirable. Attorney Iles <br /> stated that he would have to review the process and get back to him. <br /> Council Member Nielsen requested that a copy of the traffic plan be <br /> submitted to all members of the council.
