March 18.2009 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was celled to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,March 18,2009 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll call It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Olson,Hatins,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> and Attholter were present.Council Members Roberts and Gipson were <br /> excuud. <br /> Council Member Nielsen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 11,2009 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Stephanion requested the city councils concurrence regarding the <br /> following appointments: Lisa Newland-Cultural Commission;Morale <br /> Trautman-Historical Commission;and Sandra Alder—Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Afiholter to concur with the following appointments: <br /> Lisa Newland to Cultural Commission Position No.3 for the <br /> remainder of an unexpired term ending December 31,2014 <br /> Monde Trautman to Historical Commission Position No.2 for a <br /> six year term ending December 31,2014 <br /> Sandra Alder to Planning Commission Alternate Position No.1 <br /> fora six year term ending December 31,2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 67 <br />
