April 1,2009 <br /> BID CALL—FORD MAINTENANCE PARTS <br /> To authorize Bid Call No.2009-025 for a two year agreement to <br /> supply Ford maintenance parte. <br /> BID CALL—RIVERFRONT SURCHARGE PHASE 2 <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the Riverfront Surcharge Phase 2 <br /> Project. <br /> JOB COMPLETE—WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> EFFLUENT FLOW SPLITTER <br /> To accept the Water Polluter Control Facility Effluent Flow Splitter <br /> Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br /> Completion with McClure&Sons,Inc.allowing release of retainage <br /> in the amount of$16,008.70. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Olson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT.ARTWORK/SWIFT STATION PLATFORMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement between the city of Everett and Cheri O'Brien for the <br /> construction and installation of concrete artwork at eleven Swift <br /> Station platforms in Everett. <br /> Council Member Gipson suggested holding an event which includes <br /> Community Transit to showcase the artists works. Carol Thomas, <br /> Cultural Arts,agreed and Indicated that something will be planned. <br /> 135 <br />
