May 27,2000 <br /> AGREEMENT—CHILD INTERVIEW SPECIALIST <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal agreement with <br /> Snohomish County for the use of a child interview specialist from <br /> April,2009 through March,2012 for the base amount of$99,411.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberGipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> GRANT AWARD—AUTO THEFT PREVENTION <br /> Moved by Council Member Affhoiter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign grant award agreement <br /> No.09.ET.WATPA-005 with the Washington Auto Theft Prevention <br /> Authority for the purchase of auto.theft prevention equipment in the <br /> amount of 833,800.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—GANG GRAFFITI AND TAGGING ABATEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign an interagency agreement <br /> with the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs for the <br /> Gang Graffiti and Tagging Abatement Program in the amount of <br /> $10,000.00. <br /> 139 <br />
