July 15.2009 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,July 15,2009 In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Hallos presiding. Upon roll call It was found that Meyer <br /> Stephenson and Coundl Members Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,and <br /> Affholter were present Council Members Roberts and Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Affholter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 8,2009 Everett City Council Meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> REPORT—TULALIP WATER PIPELINE <br /> Jim Miller,Utilities,gave an update regarding the Tulalip Water Pipeline. <br /> He explained a change in approach to the project In that a phase <br /> approach is being considered due to economics.The phase approach <br /> considers funding availability. <br /> ATTORNEY <br /> City Attomey Iles had no comment <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> William Robinson.Lynwood,brought forth a proposal for a homeless <br /> shelter and Department of Corrections dean and Bober housing In <br /> Everett. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent Items: <br /> 204 <br />
