July 22,2009 <br /> PURCHASE-INDUSTRIAL MOWER/ATTACHMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the purchase of an Industrial mower and <br /> attachments from Washington State Contract No.08506 in the <br /> amount of$138,808.30 Including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion cabled. <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT-WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign the General Permit,NWS- <br /> 0948-EVT, with the State of Washington Department of <br /> Transportation for construction on WSDOT right-of-way for the West <br /> Marine View Drive project from 10.Street to 10.Street. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0907-18 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to Inhaling of Toxic Fumes,amending <br /> Section 110 of Ordinance No.1145-85(Chapter 10.40 EMC) <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts.seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No.0907-18 and the City Clerk is directed to cell the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 212 <br />
