October 7,2009 <br /> Dave Davis.Public Works,explained that these documents represent <br /> safeguarding the security and quality of water for the city of Everett for the <br /> next forty-five years. He introduced Julie Share,Senior Environmental <br /> Specialist.who gave a chronology of the project end an overview of the <br /> substance of the agreements. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—ECLIPSE MILL PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with <br /> Eclipse Properties,LLC to waive the right of first offer and option on <br /> the Eclipse Mill Property. - <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—ALLEN BUICK PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> property purchase agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the <br /> purchase and redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property extending <br /> the feasibility period to February 16,2010. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberGipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> 292 <br />
