October 14,2009 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—PROPERTY DISPOSITION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the fourth amendment to <br /> the property disposition agreement between the city of Everett and <br /> Oliver McMillan,LLC. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—DESIGN/STORAGE FACILITY AT WATER FILTRATION <br /> PLANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberta,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with Carletti Architects to provide design services forthe <br /> replacement of the demolished storage facility at the Everett Water <br /> Filtration Plant not to exceed the amount of 520,450.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0910-35 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE levying the general taxes for the City of Everett <br /> for fiscal year commencing January 1,2010,on all taxable <br /> property,both real and personal,subject to taxation thereon,for the <br /> purpose of rasing a portion of the revenue to carry on City <br /> oparagons for the ensuing year,as required by the Charter of the <br /> City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington <br /> • <br /> 299 <br />
