I. <br /> November 8,2009 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m.,November 9,2009 In the Coy Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hellos presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Roberts,Olson,Hatloe,Nielsen,and <br /> Atiholter were present.Council Members Gipson and Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 4,2000 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> YELLOW RIBBON HIGHWAY <br /> Mayor Stephenson reported that he participated in the"Yellow Ribbon <br /> Highway Dedication". Nathan Olson,son of Council Member Olson, • <br /> brought forth the idea of renaming SR 529 between Everett and Marysville <br /> to recognize the sacrifices of our military.Congratulations to Nathan. <br /> REPORT—1272819m AVENUE REZONE <br /> Allan Gofen,Planning,reported on a lighting issue with regard to the <br /> 12728 19"Avenue SE rezone which was brought forth at last week's city <br /> council meeting.He indicated that the property owners to the north were <br /> satisfied with the light shields installation. The contractor provided <br /> pictures showing the results of that installation.It seems that neighbors to <br /> the west may have a concern.Allan indicated he will be contacting those <br /> neighbors to see what their concerns am. <br /> 324 <br />
