j <br /> November 9,2009 <br /> BID AWARD—2010 BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts that the contract for the 2010 Biosolids Removal project be <br /> awarded to the lowest responsive bidder,American Process Group, <br /> Inc.,Semen Grove,Alberta,Canada,based upon their unit prices bid <br /> extended for an estimated total of$754,428.95 Including sales tax as <br /> received at the bid opening held at 2 p.m.,October 27,2009,and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the contract. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—FEASIBILITY STUDY/WATER POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> FACILITY <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Carlattl Architects to provide a feasibility study for <br /> additional administrative office and storage space at the Everett <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility not to exceed$15,500.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—BLACK ROCK CABLE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the Black Rock Cable fiber <br /> optic connectivity work and use agreement. <br /> 330 <br />
