December 9,2009 <br /> COUNCIL BILL N0.091143 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of Me 2009 <br /> ived city of Everett butlget and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 3143-09 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affhotter that this s declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.091143. <br /> Council Member Olson brought forth concerns regarding the Kimberly- <br /> Clark property transfer,shoreline access,and the need fora plan for this <br /> propedy. <br /> Debra Bryant gave a history of the property,addressed his concerns and <br /> expressed that the city council will still maintain control. <br /> Several council members voiced that their questions had been answered <br /> and that it does make sense to address where public works might <br /> relocate. <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that it would be appropriate to take a look at <br /> this property and what is envisioned for it He also indicated a need to <br /> examine public access as it relates to the city and the port. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposfion of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Olsor,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> Aflhotter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.3159-09 adopted. <br /> • <br /> 385 <br />
