February 10,2010 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.1001-03 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE setting the meeting time schedule for City <br /> Council's regularly scheduled meetings,repealing Resolution <br /> No.6227 <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore,that this is the third and final reading of Council Bill No.1001-03. <br /> Dave Mascarenas,Everett;Barb Lamoureux,Everett;and Dave Ramslad, <br /> Everett,spoke in favor of nght meetings. <br /> • <br /> Council Member Stonecipher spoke in support of the ordinance and <br /> thanked the council members for working out what she believes to be an <br /> equitable solution. <br /> Council Member Roberts expressed his appreciation to the council <br /> members for working together to resolve this issue. <br /> The city clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Moore,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Affholter, <br /> Stonecipher <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.317010 adopted. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the memorandum of <br /> understanding between the Senior Services of Snohomish County <br /> and the Carl Gipson Senior Center of Everett(Everett Senior Center). <br /> 41 <br />
