February 17,2010 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—RECOVERED WATER OUTFALL <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to Drinking <br /> Water State Revolving Fund Loan No. DM09952-032 for the <br /> Recovered Water Outfall project <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—COMMERCE CAPITAL GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State <br /> Department of Commerce Capital Grant Agreement—Contract No. <br /> 51097101-001. <br /> Roll was <br /> celled with at council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberGipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT—EXPANSION <br /> PROJECTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Affholter to authorize the Mayor tosign a professional <br /> services agreement with Jackman Consulting LLC for design and <br /> construction administration support for expansion projects at the <br /> Water pollution Control Facility and Water Filtration Plant not to <br /> exceed 5187,000.00. <br /> 48 <br />
