March 3,2010 <br /> Understanding between the city of Everett and the Washington <br /> Traffic Safety Commission regarding participation in the statewide <br /> "Slow Down or Pay Up"speeding campaign. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—HEALTH BENEFIT PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member ANholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the administrative services <br /> agreement with Healthcare Management Administrators,Inc.for <br /> ongoing claims administration of the city's self-insured employee <br /> health benefit program in the amount of$337,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENOFO—PRESCRIPTION BENEFIT SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign the addendum to the amended <br /> and restated Prescription Benefit Services agreement with <br /> CaremarkPCs Health, L.P. and Employers Health Purchasing <br /> Corporation to enter the prescription drug coalition in the amount of <br /> $12,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 63 <br />
