March 24,2010 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m.,March 24,2010 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall,Vice President Nielsen presiding.Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Council Members Moore,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher,and Aftholter <br /> were present. Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Roberts and <br /> Ca0oe were excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 17,2010 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Members Gipson and Stonecipher <br /> abstained from the vote. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher expressed regret that she was unable to <br /> attend last week's city condi meeting.She was with her son as he was <br /> participating in a district hockey tournament. <br /> She introduced and passed out a Code of Ethics and Conduct for Everett <br /> City Council Members that she has been warkmg on. She asked that <br /> President Roberts put it on the next available agenda for consideration. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Jim Iles requested an executWe se regarding two <br /> litigation matters to last approximately forty-five s minutes with no <br /> announcement following the session at the conclusion of the meeting. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> No citizens wished to comment <br /> 79 <br />
