March 31,2010 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 0:30 <br /> p.m.,March 31,2010 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Roberts presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Council <br /> Members Roberts,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher,and Affholter were <br /> present. Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Moore and Reticle <br /> were excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 24,2010 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Roberts abstained from the vote. <br /> OC UNCIL <br /> Council President Roberts announced that agenda item no.7,to adopt <br /> the Riverfront Development Public Amenities Master Plan,will be a public <br /> hearing. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comment. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Rebecca Wolfe,Economic Development Commission,Edmonds;Annie <br /> Lyman,Everett;Marilyn Boyd,Everett;Jackie Minchew,Everett;and <br /> Valerie Steel, Everett, expressed concerns regarding the Tethys <br /> Corporation's proposal to purchase water from the city of Everett for a <br /> bottling plant. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent items: <br /> 86 <br />
