He remarked that Snohomish County has lust had two <br /> people diagnosed with multiple drug-resistant tuberculosis.It will cost the <br /> Health District approximately$140,000 of their$250,000 reserve to <br /> support them during their illness. <br /> Council Member Gipson distributed a proposed resolution which the city <br /> attorney prepared per his request.It establishes a moratorium on projects <br /> with a value of$500,000.00 or more which come before council.
