May 12,2010 <br /> consultants reports that we receive so citizens can have this information <br /> available without having to complete a public records request. <br /> • <br /> Debra Bryant.CAA and Chief Financial Officer,suggested that a <br /> resolution may not be necessary if we have a discussion between staff <br /> and council to determine procedures for posting this type of information <br /> online. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported that he attended Trinity Lutheran <br /> College's Open House this evening and that they did a great lob on the <br /> renovation. <br /> Council Member Roberts also mentioned that next week's council meeting <br /> format will be slightly different.The first part of the meeting will include <br /> time to discuss items coming forward on the following week's agenda. <br /> This will provide both council and citizens additional time to consider <br /> substantive issues earlier in the process. <br /> ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney lies requested an executive session at the end of the <br /> meeting to discuss a litigation matter.
