May28,2010 <br /> Dave Koenig,Planning,explained that the purpose of the public hearing <br /> and resolution is to reaffirm policies for preservation of industrial land in <br /> Southwest Everett and to direct a review of permitted uses and standards <br /> for industrial_one. He showed a map of the area end stated that this <br /> me to ih city council as an application was submitted by Cemex which <br /> was then pulled.He talked about other industrial areas,warehouses and <br /> lot sizes. <br /> President Roberts asked for public comment.No one responded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—PRESERVATION OF INDUSTRIAL LAND <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.6274 reaffirming the importance of <br /> Land Use Policies calling for the preservation of Industrial land in <br /> Southwest Everett for future economic growth, <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Afihoher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—PARKS AND RECREATION SIX YEAR CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PIAN <br /> President Roberts opened a public hearing continued from May 19,2010 <br /> regarding the adoption of a resolutfon adopting the Everett Parks and <br /> Recreation Department Six Year Capital Improvement Plan and <br /> 148 <br />
