June 30,2010 <br /> • <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> AfMolter that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.1005-18 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Moore,Gipson,Stonecipher,Aftholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Hellos,Nielsen <br /> Ordinance No.3185-10 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.1000-10 <br /> Council President Roberts announced that this public hearing regarding <br /> Council Bill No. 1008-10, a proposed ondinance amending the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and rezoning the property located at 2222 52 <br /> Street,has been continued from the June 23,2010 council meeting. <br /> Council President Roberts irofed public comment. <br /> Sylva Anderson,CEO,EverettGospel Mission,end Michael Glenz, <br /> Project ArchiteM,spoke in support of the proposed amendment. <br /> Jeanie Robertson,Everett,and Gayle Chism,Everett,spoke in opposition <br /> to the proposed action. Gayle Chism also read a letter from Cynthia <br /> Moorman opposing the amendment. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatl0e and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 195 <br />
