June 30,2010 <br /> AYES: Roberts,Moore,Gipson,Stonecipher,Affholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Ham,Nielsen <br /> Ordinance No.3183-10 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.1006-17 <br /> Council President Roberts announced that this public hearing regarding <br /> Council Bill No.1008-17,a proposed ordinance amending the Zoning <br /> Code related to small scale distilledes and wineries,has been continued <br /> from the June 23.2010 council meeting. <br /> Council President Roberts invited public comment. There was no <br /> response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yea except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.1006-17 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING' <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code related to smell <br /> scale distilleries and wineries,Ordinance No.1847-92 and <br /> 2397-99,as amended(EMC Title 19) <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.1006-17 and the City Cled:is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 193 <br />
