I <br /> July 14,2010 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order or 6:30 <br /> p.m.,July 14,2010 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> Council Member Nielsen presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson,Council Members Moore,Hatice,Gipson,and Nielsen were <br /> present. Council Members Roberts,Stonecipher and Affhoeer were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Hatice led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 7,2010 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as panted. Council Members Hatloe end Gipson abstained <br /> from the vote. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Crunch Member Moore reminded everyone that he will be on vacation <br /> and will miss the next two weeks'council meetings. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attomey Iles requested an executive session at the end of the <br /> meeting to address a labor matter.The session should last approximately <br /> ten minutes with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> No citizens wished to speak. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING <br /> Adopt resolution confirming The Everett City Councils support for e <br /> grant application seeking funding concerning a Transfer of <br /> Development Rights Pilot Program <br /> Presentation by Allan Offen,Planning <br /> C <br /> 206 <br />
