August 11,2010 <br /> STREET CLOSURE—BIRTHDAY PARTY <br /> To authorize the closure of 107.Place SE culde-sac on August 12, <br /> 2010,from 6 p.m.until 9 p.m.fora birthday party <br /> Roll was called for the consent items with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Members Ha0on,Gipson,and Stonecipher who were <br /> excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—ALLEN BUICK PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.5 to the <br /> properly purchase agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the <br /> purchase and redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property <br /> President Roberts stated that council members received amendment <br /> language prior to the meeting and asked the maker end second of the <br /> motion if their action included the amended language.Both responded in <br /> the affirmative. <br /> City Attorney Iles requested if the motion could add language that would <br /> indicate the form is substantially provided so that a small tweak can be <br /> made in the next day or two.The maker and second of the motion both <br /> agreed. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Ha0ce,Gipson,and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 234 <br />
