He stated that his bid was <br /> $700,000 below the engineers estimate and the award should go to his <br /> company. <br /> A discussion ensued regarding unbalancing bids. <br /> City Attorney Iles stated that the city reserves the right to reject any and all <br /> bids. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services agreement <br /> with JacKaren Consulting LLC for constructability reand <br /> construction project administration at the Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility in the amount of$157,,250.00. <br /> Presentation by Dave Dads,Public Works. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA ITEMS—FUTURE MEETING <br /> Council President Roberts stated that the following agenda items will <br /> come forward on a future agenda if there are no objections. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the professional <br /> services agreement with MacLeod Reckold for master plan <br /> e <br /> de lopment of Senator Henry M.Jackson Park. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the memorandum <br /> of understanding with the Lowell Civic Association for the <br /> Pesticide-Free Trial Program at Lowell Parr. <br /> 334 <br />
