January 26,2011 <br /> EASEMENT—RIVERSIDE BUSINESS PARK <br /> President Molter announced that this agenda it.,regarding an <br /> Ment from the Port of Everett for the public water system at Riverside <br /> Business Park was pulled from today's agenda. <br /> AGREEMENT—WATER PIPELINE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Burlington Northern Santa Fe <br /> Pipeline license for Segment 3 of the Tulalip Water Pipeline including <br /> payment of$3,500 fee. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SHORE AVENUE STORMWATER <br /> OUTFALL IMPROVEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.3 to the <br /> professional services agreement with GOD to extend the date of <br /> completion for the Shore Avenue Outfall Improvement project at no <br /> additional cost. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SMITH ISLAND/UNION SLOUGH <br /> RESTORATION SITE MONITORING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> 27 <br />
