February 2,2011 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—CLIMATE ACTION PLAN FOR MUNICIPAL <br /> OPERATIONS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Local Govemmente for <br /> Sustainability(ICLEI)to extend the term to prepare a Climate Action <br /> Plan for Municipal Operations to March 15,2011 at no additional cost <br /> to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—HEARING EXAMINER SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> contract with the Offices of Sharon Rice,Hearing Examiner,PLLC for <br /> Pro Tem land use and code compliance hearing examiner services. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberGipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—US 2:EVERETT PORT/NAVAL STATION <br /> TO SR 9—CORRIDOR PLANNING STUDY FUNDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to GCA <br /> 6541 with the Washington State Department of Transportation for US <br /> 2:Everett Port/Naval Station to SR 9—Corridor Planning Study <br /> Funding at no additional cost to the city. <br /> 32 <br />
