1 <br /> I <br /> March 2,2011 el <br /> BID AWARD—WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY PHASE B-2 <br /> Moved by Council Member M00re,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to award the contract for the Water Pollution Control Facility, <br /> Phase B-2,Improvements project to the lowest responsive bidder, <br /> Stellar J Corporation,In the amount of$2,519,729.94 including i <br /> Washington State sales tax and to authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> contract <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberHato°who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—BOND STREET CSO CONTROL <br /> FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> Washington State Revolving Fund Loan with the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology for the Bond Street CBO Control Facilities to <br /> reduce the loan amount from$6,249,052.00 to$2,403,145.00. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Halite who was excused. <br />{ <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—BNSF PIPELINE LICENSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the Pipeline License <br /> agreement with BNSF Railway Company for the Bond Street Water <br /> Main Crossing including payment of the$3,500.00 fee. <br /> 59 <br />
