March 23,2011 <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that the feasibility of holding this <br /> meeting in the council chambers be examined so that this process can be <br /> recorded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hetloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> EVERETT TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to accept the 2011-2018 Everett Transit Development Plan <br /> and 2010 Annual Report. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberHatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD—TRANSMISSION LINE 4 PHASE 1 REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Moore that the contract for the Water Transmission Line 4, <br /> Phase 1 Replacement project be awarded to Reece Trucking 8 <br /> Excavating,Inc.,Marysville,WA based upon their proposal and unit <br /> bid of unit prices extended for the estimated total of$875,318.15 as <br /> received at the bid opening held at 2 p.m.,March 15,2011. <br /> Council Member Gipson voiced a safety concern due to the fact that this <br /> project is on school grounds.Dave Davis,Public Works,assured him that <br /> safety would be addressed. <br /> 82 <br />
