March 30,2011 <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CHANGE ORDER-WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> PHASE B-2 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> President Affhoker announced that the agenda Item regarding <br /> Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Corolla Engineers for <br /> construction support services for the Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> Phase 13-2 Improvements project was pulled from today's agenda. <br /> CHANGE ORDER-WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> PHASE B-1 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson,to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.2 with <br /> McClure 8 Sons,Inc.for the Water Pollution Control Facility Phase <br /> 13-1 Improvements in the amount of$2,278.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-POLICE IN-SERVICE TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher,to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> interlocal govemment agreement with Snohomish County and cities <br /> located within Snohomish,King and Skagit Counties for Inservice <br /> police training. <br /> 00 <br />
