May 11,2011 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts.seconded by Council Member Hatloe <br /> to amend the ordinance to include the proposed language:'The <br /> petitioners agree, by way of the attached covenants which am <br /> incorporated herein by reference,that development on the abutting <br /> properties shall be restricted to one single-family dwelling and related <br /> structures incidental thereto.The attached covenants shall be recorded <br /> with this ordinance." <br /> Roll was called on the motion to amend the ordinance with all council <br /> members voting yes except Council Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Roll was celled on the motion to approve Ordinance No.3217-11 as <br /> amended with all council members voting yea except Council Members <br /> Nielsen and Stonecipher who voted no and Council Member Moore who <br /> was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—i2 MASTER SOFTWARE LICENSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Halloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the 12 Master Software license <br /> agreement with i2,Inc.in the amount of$23,450.70 including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 136 <br />
