May 25,2011 <br /> Roll was called with ail council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion celled. <br /> AGREEMENT—RIVER POINT FILL <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign a contract for the River Point <br /> Fill project with KLB Construction,I,.c.in the amount of$613,941.50. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting Yes except Council <br /> Member Ai-Molter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. • <br /> CHANGE ORDER—7.AVENUE SE PEDESTRIAN/BICYCLE SAFETY <br /> AND 02n0 PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.1 with <br /> Kamins Construction for the 7°Avenue SE Pedeatrian!Bicycle Safety <br /> and 92ntl Pedestrian Walkway Project in the amount of$85,502.05. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> George Lockeman,Everee,spoke regarding the Climate Acton Plan.He <br /> suggested placing energy savings monies into a revolving fund to use as <br /> me of funding.He questioned If the city is looking at the impacts of <br /> future rising sea water and weather changes on our area. <br /> 151 <br />
