June 1,2011 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.1105-15 <br /> President Affnolter opened a public hearing regarding a proposed <br /> ordinance relating to the Business Improvement Area(BIA),extending the <br /> term of the existing BIA and special assessment levy for three additional <br /> years and emending Ordinance No.2842-05 as amended. <br /> Jim Stanford of Everett spoke in support of the ordinance. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members Kling yes except Council <br /> Members Hetloe and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO 110515 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to the Business Improvement Area <br /> (MA),extending the term of the existing CIA and special <br /> assessment levy for three additional years and amending <br /> Ordinance No.2842-05 as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member Moore <br /> that this R declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1105-15 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Moore,Nielsen,Stonecipher,Affholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Hetloe,Gipson <br /> Ordinance No.3222-11 adopted. <br /> 158 <br />
