June 1,2011 <br /> BID AWARD-CLASS B BIOSOLIDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to award Bid No.2011-01,a contract for loading,hauling end <br /> application of Class B Blosolids to Sno-Valley Farms(2880 tons)and <br /> Cascade Material&Aggregate(any remaining tonnage)based upon <br /> their proposals and unit bid of unit prices extended for the estimated <br /> total of$226,028.28 including Washington State sales tax,as <br /> received at the bid opening held at 2 p.m.on March 8,2011. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Ha0oe and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> FINANCING PLAN CERTIFICATE-EVERETT HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Moore to authorize the Mayor tosign the certificate <br /> approving the Everett Housing Authority's plan of financing and <br /> related obligations to be issued by the Housing Authority of the city <br /> of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Halloe and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD-REPLACEMENT OF WATER TRANSMISSION LINE NO. <br /> 3-PHASE <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberta that the contract for the Replacement of Water Transmission <br /> Line No.3-Phase T be awarded to IMCO General Construction,Inc., <br /> 180 <br />
