July 13,2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> p.m.,July 13.2011 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> Council Member Moore presiding.Upon roll call It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Moore,Hatloe,Gipson end Nielsen <br /> were present.Council Members Roberts,Stonecipher and Aflholter were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Hatton led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the July 6,2011 Everett City Council meeting <br /> was postponed for lack of a quorum. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson reported that todays third annual Homeless Connect <br /> vent hada record attendance,with the City's Transit and Animal <br /> Sewices Departments contributing to the wonderful one-stop services <br /> made available to the homeless there. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> City council members had no reports. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Assistant'City Attomey Ramsey Ramenaan requested an executive <br /> session regarding a legal matter.RCW 42.30.110(1)(1),anticipated to last <br /> for30 minutes with no announcement following. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jim Stanford,Everett,requested that the current practice regarding street <br /> parking restrictions for events in the downtown yore be reviewed. He <br /> stated that no parking signs are Indistinct and placed on the sheets too <br /> 201 <br />
