July27.2011 <br /> RESOLUTION—SWITCH INSTALLATION AND VAULT RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Hades,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to adopt Resolution No.6406 waiving public bidding <br /> requirements and approving the sole source purchase of electrical <br /> switch installation and vault relocation from Snohomish County PUD <br /> in the amount of 6120,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore,Nielsen end Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—WATER SUPPLY RISK ASSESSMENT STUDY <br /> Moved by Council Member Native,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Carello Engineers to provide engineering services <br /> for the Water Supply Risk Assessment Study fora maximum amount <br /> of$140,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore,Nielsen end Afihclter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—RUCKER HILL HYDRO <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hallos to authorize the Mayor to sign the Rucker Hill Hydro <br /> agreement with Snohomish PUD allowing them to Install a <br /> hydroelectric generator at Reservoir d. <br /> / I <br /> 216 <br />
