August 10,2011 <br /> the Everett Municipal Court to Allied Construction,the lowest <br /> responsive bidder, in the amount of$8,3]],280.00 including <br /> Washington State sales tax,subject to approval of Council Bill No. <br /> 1108-25 which amends Ordinance No.3181.10. <br /> Rolt was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Members Hallos and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Nielsen remarked that there are two issues that prevent <br /> him from supporting this action;the increase in the amount from$6 million <br /> to$8.4 milli ,and the procedure being used. <br /> Roll was called on the main motion with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Nielsen who voted no end Council Members <br /> Ha0oe and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND <br /> LOAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorise the Mayor to sign the project completion <br /> amendment for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan <br /> Number OM094152-032. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe end Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 229 <br />
