October 5,2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,October 5,2011 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,Council President Stenciler presiding.Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Hatloe,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher and Attho0er were present. Council Members Moore and <br /> Gipson were excused. <br /> Council Member Hatloe led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 28,2011 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson requested council concurrence with two appointments <br /> to boards and commissions. <br /> Moved by Connell Member Roberts,ueconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen,to concur with the following appointments: <br /> Diversity Advisory Board <br /> Reappointment of Victor Harris to Position No.3,Diversity <br /> Advisory Board,fora 4-year term ending September 30,2015 <br /> Animal Shelter Board <br /> Appointment of Grace Martinez to Position No.5,Animal <br /> Shelter Board,for the remainder of an unexpired term ending <br /> December 31,2012 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moose and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 273 <br />
