October12,2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,October 12,2011 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Aflholter presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher and Atfholter were present. Council Member Moore was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Nielsen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 5,2011 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson requested the council's ceacune on the <br /> reappointments of Michael Fluker and TheresaQuinn, and the <br /> appointment of Lindsey Potter to the Diversity Advisory Board. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Ratios,to concur with the following appointments: <br /> Oiveraity Advisory Board <br /> Reappointment of Michael Flukes to Position No.2,for a four- <br /> year term ending 9/30/15 <br /> Reappointment of Theresa Quinn to Position No.6,for a four- <br /> year term ending 9130/15 <br /> Appointment of Lindsey Potter to Position No.4,for a four- <br /> year term ending 9/30115 <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. Ii <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 279 <br />
