November 18,2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> p.m.,November 16,2011 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Affholter presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Moore,dative,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher and Affholter were present. <br /> Council Member Gipson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 9,2011 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> blit(C.fa <br /> Mayor Stephenson requested the council's co urrence on the <br /> reappointment of Winnie Conal to the Diversity Advisory Board. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts,to c with the reappointment of Winnie Corral to <br /> Position No.concur <br /> Advisory Board,for a four-year tens ending <br /> 9130115. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CDUN IL <br /> Council Member Roberts spoke regarding the actions being proposed by <br /> the Governor and her budget and the potential impact of those actions on <br /> cities.He expressed the need to track the date as it unfolds and keep the <br /> council informed. <br /> Council Member Hatloe stated that he was honored to read the veteran's <br /> proclamation for the Mayor at the Everett Elks Club's Annual Veteran's <br /> Dinner with the help of Council President Afllholter. <br /> 318 <br />
